I bought this toaster because I wanted something cheap and basic. Little did I know how bad a toaster could be.
The slots on this toaster are so narrow that anything except Wonderbread won’t fit. Since I don’t eat Wonderbread, that means every time I put a piece of bread in, it’s at a weird canted angle and a quarter of it is actually sticking out from the toaster.
The electric cord is barely longer than the toaster itself, which means I either have to get an extension to reach the outlet — which is less than two feet away — or turn the toaster backwards since the cord comes out of the front. A very poor design indeed.
To top it off, the burn is uneven. The inside gets burned and the outside gets nothing.
Again: DO NOT BUY THIS TOASTER.

Well, it’s cute, and it works, but is still mysterious after two months. Sometimes the center heating elements don’t go on, and the toast only gets done on one side. Unless you call it a bagel, with its special bagel button, it comes up in about thirty seconds. Okay, I haven’t tried everything, but I do find that it’s hard to set and forget this toaster. Sometimes the toast burns, sometimes it’s hardly done. And because it was so cheap, I’m not making a big deal about it. If you, however, want a truly dependable toaster, get another!
